I am karikalan, I work for an IT company based in Chennai. Can anybody help me to clarify me whether a show cause notice has to be sent to employee before terminating them( the employee has signed a bond and we need to recover that amount).

Certainly. You need to send a Show Cause Notice calling upon the employee to put forth his submission.
