Signature in a court document and will

Is there any language which has been ascribed by law which has to be used while signing a court document and a will, I'm told that English and Hindi is the language which are allowed, If that is the case under which provision and which act is it prescribed?

What are the facts? What is the context?

In the absence of the facts as well the context, the poating is a riddle than a Will.

Yes, you can use different languages to affix your signatures . Not only different languages but Also different signatures which may vary at places. The only thing is that you should have to own up and hold the same to be your signatures. The word we use as signatures is actually a prolonged suffix to the word sign.

In my  posting above, the second line may kindly be read as "In the absence of the facts as well the context, the posting is a riddle than a query"
