Significance of age in sale deed

Hi,

I have registered a sale deed with my flat vendor. My age is 28 yrs and I am about to be 29 Yrs in December-2011 (approx. 2 months from now). Keeping this in view, I have put my age in sale deed as 29 Yrs. I am hopin it is OK. Please help me understand.

Please clarify.

Thanks in Advance.

I don't understand why did you need to mention your age 29 when you are 28.. Now if u have done so I think there will not be any problem unless other party challange it..

Hi Bhagwat, Abhishek,

Thanks for your responses.

@Abhishek: The sale agreement states "Aged About 29" so I believe since I am closest to 29 (and not 28), it shouldn't be a problem :) ?

@Bhagwat: Thanks again.
