Hi,
a. Husband has filed application under section 126 within 3 months to set aside ex parte application and wife has also filed counter.
b. Now wife also filed execution under section 125(3). Judge did not pass any order in set aside petiion but judge has asked husband to file reply.
Now,
Can husband file stay application/objection in execution petition since application under 126 is pending?

You can file objections on the application filed by the wife for execution and request the court to club both petition and to pass orders on the both applications and if final order under section 125 you can file Revision Petition before the Hon'ble High Court
