Slander in Reply
While replying to a Transfer application under Section 24 of CPC by the plaintiff in the DJ Court, the respondent uses words like “Crooked”, “Cunning”, etc and phrases like “The plaintiff keeps roaming in the Court for the whole day”
What civil/criminal action can be taken against the respondent. Pl guide along with the relevant Law / Sections

according to me there is nothing wrong in using the words. if u have any objection for using such words lodge protest.
