I am staying at Mira Road, Thane, from last 10 years, my society commite member conduct genaral board meeting in 2014, we have decied to re-new our building because of leakage issue & we decide devide contribusion in two part (failure will charge intrest 21% after given completion of time period), one part i have paid the second part i have not paid, the reason behind not paid second installment is leakage issue of house not solved till date. September 2015 is last month for 2nd installment. Now they have start charging intrest in my maintance bill from this month. I have given first letter in midel of september in that i have ask comitte member in what bassies i should pay, my problem has been not resolved in this moonsoon (2015). They have not replay my latter yet. i have decide till my solusion not resolved i am not going to pay a single money. Can you adivce me in this case what you suggest me on my behalf. Please replay
