Society maintanance related

Hi Experts, Kindly help to understand me list of my rights as an registered housing society member or a flat owner. Also please suggest that Munciple Property tax is included in monthly maintenance charges. I am from Indorre MP hence request to kindly suggest as per my state law.

You have every right to inspect books, demand accounts, protest against those rules that are not stated in bye-laws and raise burning issues in GB meetings. You do not have any specific rights other than these rights and majority opinion as per GB minutes are binding on all members.

Please also suggest that Property Tax is included in society maintance charges or not

What type of society is referred in your post viz; cooperative society or builder's apartments or any other type ? Property tax is always separate from maintenance of premises, which is liability of owner to be paid to municipality.
