I have book flat in Pune 2018 in nov 2020 builder started giving possession to owner.
I have some issues so due to that I have took possession in June 2021 at the time of possession I have given 2 years advance maintenance to builder.
After that in April 2021 society committee formed and committee started taking handover in this period there are having lots of issues related bills and expenditures. Society committee took follow up on that but committee saying builder not given complete funds to society.
So in nov 2022 two years has been completed and now they are asking for maintenance.
But I have already paid 2 years of advance maintenance to builder according to that I should pay my maintenance in June 2023 but they are asking me now.
What to do , please help me.
