Society taking commercial charges but paid bmc residential

Dear all eminent lawyers,

I am practicing dentist since last 30 years. The premises where I practice is a one room kitchen flat in a two storeyed building. I have been practicing before the society has been formed. The building where I practice converted itself to a CHS almost two years after I started practice. Right from day one since the society has been formed, I have been paying commercial charges to the society. However the society has not paid commercial charges to B.M.C. for my premises.

I want to know the procedure to be followed To:-

  1. To pay commercial charges to B.M.C.
  2. How to get the change of user done from residential to commercial in B.M.C. records.

Hope to see a lot of responses & many thanks in advance for the same.

Thanks and best regards,

Your  Sincerely,

Dr. Veerendra Darakh
