Society transfer charges

Dear Honourable Members, I had bought a resale flat in Sep 2013 and during that time the Society has taken Rs. 1,50,000 from me as transfer charges and also same amount of Rs 1,50,000 was taken from the seller of the flat. It was the Undue influence under which I had to pay the charges as I required the NOC for loan and other things. On continuous demand for the receipt for the amount, they issued a receipt of Rs 1,50,000 to me , Mentioning the Amount as Development fund. Now the society is been dissolved due to their malfunctioning and An Registrar is been appointed in the society. I would appreciate the Honourable members to guide me to the process , wherein I can get back my Excess money back which I know was an illegal charge by the society, but had to pay under undue influence .Can I get it back the money now or I'm late now to raise this concern {delay was due to the arrogant society was functioning }. Is there any legal remedy available to me. Thanks & Regards Vishal V

Hi,

Society has taken Transfer Fee amount as per rules of society, Exa :- in Gujarat society has not taken transfer fee morethen Rs. 50000/- but society collect other amount as per development charege,

You can take a resolution copy from Society for Transfer fee and development Charge, because society pass a resolution for take this amount thenafter you give a notice or file a suit.
