Society transfer fee

I have a house in Nalasopara which I am in the process of selling. The society is charging me 60 thousand for society transfer. I would like to know what is the actual cost of society transfer as per the Government?

As per Act, rules and bye laws , no society will charge transfer charge except entrance fees of rs.100 and transfer of shares and interest in capital/ property of the society of rs.500. However if APROVED in Gen.meeting, premium can be charged not exceeding rs.25000/-as per circular of Dept of Cooperation, state govt. Contact 9869400938.
