RTI is related to government section ,its not related to private company.

so,if  private company which makes software then its not cover under RTI act 2005.

Software company would come under purview of the RTI Act, if it is proved that information pertains to larger interest public invovled.

As far as RTI (Right to Information Act ) is concerned it is limited to government employees and companies. I think it will take time to implement the same in private companies or any other software companies. Our government needs to look into these issues and take stringent steps to bring  a change.
