Son & wife right

My father is irresponsible person,he is neglecting us from my childhood. He never Paid a single rupee towards our expenses Since my childhood. He is fighting a ancestral property case In high court (agricultural land),he won two Cases one in session court and one in district Court. The case is fourty year old, now opposition party is came to comprise for certain Amount rupees but my father some say yes n Sometimes no he is playing and wasting. He is irresponsible n shameless personality. I want to take some action so that matter could solve easily n courts time n our rights can be save.what can I do please tell me.
