Special grounds to invoke sec. 21 b of hma

1) 1st husband of my wife is alive. (my wife & her 1st husband signed divorce deed, no court decree)

He can file for divorce / adultry / bigamy & i may suffer.

2) there is no mistake from my end. i have divorce decree out of my 1st matrimony.

still i m forced to undergo litigations of marriage annulment.

3) so i m afraid that if the proceedings take a long, i may suffer unnecessarily.

can 21 B, HMA, 1995 be invoked (to speed up the case) on the above special grounds applicable to my case of annulment of marriage u/s 5 (i) of HMA, 1995 ??

kindly enlighten.

This marriage is VOID AB INITIO

@ shonee

the first husband can file such cases against her & me (not me, i have filed annulment just today.)

i think there is some misunderstanding.
