Can anyone put light on the Sections 27(d) & (e) of Special Marriage Act 1954. What does these two sections denote ?

And how can Special Marriage Act is applicable for divorce when, both Husband and Wife are Hindus ?

Yes. Mr. Rabindra.  You can file bigamy case against your wife, whether you withdraw or your will not withdraw the mutual consent.  Both are independent in nature.  But it is difficult to  prove bigamy.

Section 27 (d) says that cruelty is the ground for divorce.  S. 27 (e) says that "mental disorder" is the ground for divorce.  If both boy and girl register their marriage under Special Marriage Act, this Act is applicable irrespecitve of both the boy and girl are Hindus. There is no restriction of religiion to register marriage under Special Marriage Act.  Both Hindus, both muslims and both christians or persons of different religion or athesists can register their marriage under Special Marrriage Act.
