My name is Mazhar i want to apply for special marriage act. Girl is from USA she is currently in Mumbai with my family. How do i proceed do i need a lawyer to do this work? bcoz i been to Bandra court and different Lawyers saying different fees its annoying
ps: i am muslim and she is from christain background we do not want to change name or religion.
