Specific allegations in 498a

So many times earlier i asked in this forum but i had never got answer for my question what is the exact meaning of specific allegation. Now i got the answer of the same. Allegation which includes what when how and where. If any of the above indrigient is missing then allegation will be termed as vague or false. Now my question is i am discharged from 498a case at the tym of framing of charges. Now order come to me that i am discharged. Now this is a false case can i get divorce easily on the basis of the discharged order that i was falsely implicated bu my wife. Hb498a
