Dear All,
I am a resident of MUMBAI and my house has come under redevelopment plan of s.r.a.
My mother transferred her house to my name in year 1990 at that time I was minor. I have agreement copy of that. I also have electricity bill, voter id card and ration card after year 1996.
I only have that agreement copy before 1995.
Builder says that you are not eligible for s.r.a scheme. I am totally blank what to do.
so please give me your valuable suggestion.
