Father lives in Andhra Pradesh.

Father property (own property) is in Sriperumbudur (Tamil Nadu).

Father has two sons and wants to prepare a will.

Question 1:

Where can/should the Will be prepared and registered?

should the Will be prepared and registered in Andhra Pradesh where the father lives?

or

should the Will be prepared and registered in Tamil Nadu where the property is situated?

Question 2:

Does sriperumbudur come under Chennai?

Question 3:

Does the Will need to be probated after Father's death?

Question 4:

Where should the probate be done? 

in Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu?

know that Probate is necessary in Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata.
