Stamp duty

Dear Sir

I have came across one problem i.e.,

A flat at Ghaziabad has been registered for Rs. 33 Lacs on 16th December,2012. The present value of the flat at the time of Sale Deed was Rs. 48.50 Lac. The difference was paid in cash by the buyer, an amount of Rs. 15,50,000/-.

I want to give notice regarding the deficiency of Stamp duty paid by the buyer and second notice to the seller for declaring the lesser amount of property.

Please suggest the remedy for such proceedings.

Regards

only sub registrar of property can give such a notice ... What best you can do is inform sub registrar of property about the deficiency of stamp duty ... You cannot take any action if you are not involved in the transaction ..
