Dear Professionals,
In 1 case, LLP has increased its contribution from Rs 1Lac to Rs 1 Crore. they have entered into supplementary agreement on stamp paper of Rs 500 only.
Now as per my knowledge, they were required to pay more stamp duty. what should be done in this case. Moreover, they dont have the original agreement also, they have misplaces the copy.
Please guide, what should be done in this case. LLP is in Gujarat.
