Dear Sirs,
While issue of Bank guarantee in favour of some beneficiary, please inform whether stamp duty to be considered as per the stamp act of issuing state or stamp act of receiving state.
As I want to issue bank guarantee from Maharashtra to uttarpradesh hence in this case stamp duty to be paid as per Mahatrahstra or as per uttarpradesh.
