Stamp duty on consequential reliefs

The stamp duty for set aside and declaration of sale deed as void for fraud and forgery  was paid in the court on the basis of the document value/decreed amount .  Objections are being raised that Plaintiff has to pay stamp duty for all further transactions like partition and further sale deeds also as consequential relief was sought.  Advocate feels that when the main document was fraudulent and void, subsequent documents are non est in the eye of law and plaintiff need not pay stamp duty for all further sale transactions.  The issue is pending for the objection for last six months.  Experts please guide as to the payment of further stamp duty on all sale transactions based on that fraudulent document/sale deed with citation .
