in 2000 I had an agreement to sale from a owner of land but after that the owner registered it with other person.
After that in 2001, I filed a suit of specific performance then suit was decree & I am decree holder and court directed to file an execution on our behalf. In the year 2006 I filed an execution, & in 2013 court ordered to submit stamp duty
So, please tell me that according to which year (i.e. 2000 or 2001 or 2006 or 2013) I have to submit the stamp duty along with their corresponding rulings???
