I wanted to find out from lawyers who are practicing in Hyderabad, if the State Consumer Forum for the state of Telengana is now functioal. It was constituted in Oct, 2014, but the presiding officer has not yet been appointed. I have heard that the AP state consumer commission has now started to list the cases for the Telengana districts as well.
Can someone shed some light on this?
