YES, for corroboration with statement of wife those can be used.... if wife story in CrPC-161 statement is different from CrPC-161 Statements of LWs, it is clear that wife is lying or LWs are lying.... High Court see all these circumstances and may decide either case is false or no evidence in support of wife..... Get advice from others too...
