Dear Mr. GH,

I have couple of questions in your case

1) What stage is the Private complaint before it was stayed?

2)Can you elaborate FIR closure?

a) did u get any HC order to quash FIR?

b)did the IA filed any "b report" for closure?

c) In which stage FIR got closed?

Thanks,

Chellapandian.K

Ok. In that case you need not worry about the Private complaint.

But i have a scenario here:

In your case is there a possibility of having any one from your opponent side bringing in fresh alleations against you knowing your arrival ?

Yes, the opposite party are big liars and possibility of newly fabricated allegations is always there. Is there any way to safe guard against such complaints?
