Dear Arun Sir,

Would it be advised to approach higher court  to quash the petition on the admitted fact of wifein the petition that wife is capable to maintain herself  (as said in the above grounds in support of her) even considering that husband is cruel after trial of CrPC-125 (proving husband's cruelty). 

Does this idea make sense ....? 

Yes, the logic is there

1. Court can't encourage wife to seek maint when she is capable to earn.

2. She is doing higher studies for what obviously to enhance her status, but on whose accounts - yours and should court encourage such NO when husband is offering to love together.

3. For cruelties offer court solution of installing 24 x 7 audio / video cameras so there goes for a toss fear of protection
