My father before death written "WILL" all agriculture land to my mother(written at simple
plain paper with witness ). we all brother sister aggred to that. We brother and sister
living foreign country to india.so we dont want to come india due to time and money. so
want to transfer that land to my mother. but patwari ask "isse nahe hoga" brother and
sister need to come. so my query is
1. step required to process will (directly and indirectly (indirectly means by court"
2. which senior officer "my mother need to meet" after patwari
3. is it compulsary all brother and sister need to come in india.
