i have filed a suit on my tenant who has parted posseion to a another firm for conducting the business..
......please tell me in whose name the police and the bmc liceses are likely to be,....?/??? as my tenat is not the business conductor...
what are the rules and regulation for issuing licenes for the police and the bmc.....?
