Submission of fake noc

If you have submitted that document knowingly that the document is not correct, and wilfully played fraud with a fake document with the intention to cheat and get the undue benefit of such registration, the license will be canceled and they may ask Police to investigate into the issue and book you for various offenses.

Wait till a case of purjury is initiated against you.

The fake NOC if found out at a later date, then necessary legal action under criminal law would be initiated 

The crimes will be under willful fraud, cheating, wrongful gains etc.,

The charity commissioner may initiate actions under respective provision of law. 

Charity Commissioner to make an inquiry about registration under Section 19, - including the power to make inquiry on his own motion, - the said authority is not empowered to compel any trust for registration or to register it on his own.
