Succesion in upza &lr act

Hello,

Greetings

I am here to get your advise regarding succession in up land agriculture land

My great grandfather (BN) had

2 sons (TN,SN)

4 DAUGHTERS (A,B,C,D).

TN had 2 sons

AK & SK

SK DIED IN 1995 Leaving beside her widow(SS) & 3 sons (XYZ)

AK DIED IN 2012 Leaving beside her widow & 2 sons

NOW

SN died in 1990,he was unmarried.,he made a registered will deed in favor of all his 4 sisters (ABCD)

NOW, IN 2009

D died and her share of land got mutated in  AK & SS( WIFE/WIDOW OF SK)

Question is

AK heirs after 10 years of mutation objected the succesion in tehesildar that

The day SN DIED only 1 child of TN i.e AK is alive and SK Was dead ,so  her widow has no right in it as per section 174 UPZA &LR ACT

WHAT SHOULD I DO... TEHSILDAR IS ALSO IN THAT OPINION

I am attaching a photo of shijra

You may produce all the relevant papers before an experienced local lawyer who is well versed with the local law and take his opinion cum advise to proceed further in this regard.
