Succession

Father died during the year 2002 and his daughter died on 2003 whether heirs of the daughter can claim right in the ancestor property of their grand father , provided that they are alive on the date of Hindu Succession Amendment Act 2005 and if not alive on that day then their heirs will get right throush their mother?

If the daughter is entitled to a share in the ancestral property then naturally her own legal heirs can claim her share in the property as a right upon her death.

Grand daughters can claim their mother's respective share in grand father's property if the the property has not been partitioned earlier.

Yes.  The granddaughters have rights over their mother's share.
