Obv no if property is self aquired

Ms.Usha Kapoor (CEO)     25 May 2017

HIS BROTHER AND SISTER HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHTS IN THEIR BROTHER'S PROPERTY AS IT I SELF ACQUIRED,. hIS CCHILDREN HAVE RIGHTS. iF COURT APPOINTS A NEXT FRIEND OR GUARDIAN UNDER GUARDINASHIP AND WARDS ACT THAT PERSON WILL HOLD THE PROPERTIES 9IN TRUST OF THOSE CHILDREN LEFT BY THEIR PARENTS TILL THEY BECOME MAJORS.
