Sucession

sir,

I am holding sucession certificate to the extent of FDRs in Banks in respect of my late parental uncle, which he gifted me before his death, which I have long ago encashed.Persuming that my( the than late) grand father was the owner of that house.where my uncle was residing before his death, therefore the names of all the exiting legal heirs( grand childern) of my grand father were got entered in revenue records. Now after a long peiod of time,I come to know that as per revenue record  my parental uncle and not my grand father was the sole owner of that house.

Can I apply before the court that issued the said Succession certificate,to declare me the successor to that property?
