Sir, My grandfather ansested us a house and some land in my village Rishra (West bengal). My father have two brothers and two sisters. Out of the 5 brother and sister, one sister has already died. Her son was not demanding anything in the property till now. My other aunty has donated his share to all the brothers. Now in the house some family problems has been ocurring between my father and the elder brother residing there.
I want to come out of the property with my share. What are legal ways are there for me? My other two uncles are not ready to give any thing to the son of my late aunty's son and without his consent we are not in a position to liquidate the total property. Even we are not liable to get any legal sepration also.
