Hello Experts, I need some clarification on this, I have went through a Back ground check for one of our client and i have clearly stated to my HR that not to share my data as it has my personal information, i have a written email which clearly states that not to share my data other than HR.
How ever after my BGC has clearly looks like they have shared my data with Project manager, Delivery manager, for which i am ok, but one thing they have done is, they have shared my BGC report with one of the collegues who happens to be my team member and he is not a HR.
Please help me if i can be able to take this matter legaly and will i be beneficial. Its one of the MNC's software company.
