I need some information on how to proceed with my property sale.
- Im planning to buy resale appartment in Telangana region (property around 4 yrs old)
- The property owner is lady, and reside in USA.
- Im dealing with owner father and cousin. Owner wants to give GPA to father and sale property.
- Opposite party is saying, pls give us some token amount (around 50k) so that we can get the GPA formalities done
- After getting GPA, they are proposing to enter to sale agreement with 25% of amt paid and Subsequently, full amt at registration.
- Transaction worth approx 25 lakhs
Questions:
a)Will wht precautions need to take when buying GPA related property?
b) can i give them token amount before actual sale agreement? Opposite party saying they will give all documents copies for me to approach bank loan when given token amt
c) What is the format i can follow to receipt or document the token amt i give to them?
