Hello Few Days before an Officer of an Commercial Taxes had come to our shop and said that He want to do survey of our shop he started the survey at 1.30 Noon after 3 hours (4.30 Pm) when we ask him about the survey permission than he suddenly walk out from our shop and went back to the department office at meantime the pappers which was prepared for the survey proceedings had remain to us by mistake. at evening he threat us that he will lodged complaint against us under sec 332 353 382 of IPC at that same day in night he went to the concerned police station and police authorities also call us and ask about the matter at last police authorities said that kindly handover the governenment papper which remains with you by mistake and make the proceedings complete and write on applogy letter and wound up the issue, we done the same but after 26 hours next day the same officer lodged the complaint against us kindly revert what to do.
