Suggestions for this case please

Plaintiff filed an ejectment suit under transfer of property act 106 against a partnership firm. Ultimately the suit of plaintiff was decreed. One of the defendants filed regular first appeal petition in High court. The High court disposed the suit giving to petitioner 2 years time to vacate the position. Other respondents (partners defendants)has not signed in this settlement.I want to know this High court settlement will bind on other respondent or not? If not bind, can we approach the Supreme court to take stay on this High court order. Please reply.

A small correction in the question,

Plaintiff filed an ejectment suit under transfer of property act 106 against a partnership firm. Ultimately the suit of plaintiff was decreed. One of the defendants filed regular first appeal petition in High court. The High court disposed the suit without calling LCR from lower court giving to petitioner 2 years time to vacate the position. Other respondents (partners defendants)has not signed in this settlement.I want to know this High court settlement will bind on other respondent or not? If not bind, can we approach the Supreme court to take stay on this High court order. Please reply.
