Suggestions needed for divorce

Hi,

I got married recently and I came to know that they cheated me. My wife has an affire and she continued even after marriage. After I got to know the truth we are staying seperately. Now I would like to apply for null & void  as she is not accepting for mutual concent. What should I do? what is the better approach?

I don't want to stay with her anymore.

Can I apply for Null & Void ?

What are the complecations invovled in null & void law ?

Please suggest.

Thanks
Satish

Please answer below questions

1. when is your marriage?

2. when you know about her Pre-Maritial Affair ?

3. whether that was known to your In laws or not?

If you want divorce by declaring your marriage is null and void you have to prove about her affair then you can file a divorce petition in the consent family court and documents requried for the same are

1. Marriage Card

2. Marriage Photo

3. Reisdental Proof of yours and your wife also

you have one diffuclty in that she may file 498 A against you and your parents also please take care of the this thing and act.
