Dear Experts:
Good Morning. We got married 5 years back and 8 months back I bought property on my name for around Rs. 1 Crore and since then my wife did started showing a different behaviour. She turned very rude in home, turned very arrogant trying to send my parents out of home though we are very affectionate towards her... couple of times she did beat my Mother and when we called few elders to discuss the same she didnt accepted the truth. I observed she has been having a very long discussions with her parents. She left to her parents house last week saying that she is not well. I had a doudt and worried that she got an intension to aquire my property. infact I bought this property through my parents money. Dear legal experts kindly throw me some light about how to face this situation and protect my property from her. Is there any danger for my property? I did read few articles about recent bill passed in cabinet giving right in Husbands property.
