Summons by hand

There is a general question for the experts here!

Can the summons be served by hand means without sending through post as the postman is used to write (takes bribe obviously) insufficient address, house locked, the name mentioned on the envelope is out of station, etc ,etc.

what cud be done in this context?

Hi. You can serve the Summons by hand. Informing the Court and doing so through the Court is possible. as mentioned above.
