Summons stage aMC case

Hi i filed divorce petition in nov 2017, and first hearing was 3rd jan 2017, but that day i appeared with advocate, judge was not there.. so they gave another date as 9th march 2017, but today i went to check to the court whether motice is issued or not.. but i got to know there is no order has been made by judge to issue notice to respondent , so i m worried my advocate is not active and wont respond properly.. so i want to understand below questions 1. Till judge order , notice wont serve to respondent? Because during 1st hearing judge was not present. 2.looks like notice still not issued, so is there any chance to make it advance and ask for issue notice? Before next hearing which is in march.. Pls help..
