sir here there is criminal case on me i was accused for misappropriation of govt fund .
1) sir from govt fund there was transfer of 5 laks to my personal account.
2) from that 5 lakhs 2.97 was transfered to hundai showroom as down payment for purchase of CRETA car.
3) from bank 8.90 lakhs i have taken loan for purchase of above said car and i am paying 14600 rupees as monthlyEMI.
4) Sir my car is seased by police and car is in policestation since from 9 months.
5) my respected lawyer is trying to release my car but he is telling that no similar cases are finding him for reference.he already took 12000 from me as fee.i paid his fee 3 months back only.
6) sir plz guide me how to get my car released its in station since from 9 months plz suggest me that i can tell my lawyer sir to consider your suggestions sir.
