before execution of rental agreement please ensure that the period should not exeed 11 months and as far us my concern i can say dont continue the earlier agreement when ever is required you can execute a new agreement. as per TP Act if the lease agreement is exceed 11 months period you have to register unless otherwise it is not vaild. if you continue the existing agreement it is beneficial to the tent.
