yes I completely agree with my Mr. shekhwat. its not a time to fight over these issues instead of thinking how to get ourselves stronger. i really hate analysing the hatred meter at this crucial time but again I would like to point out the difference between the replies posted by both the members. mr. yadav only spoke about filthy politicians (still the time is extremely inappropiate and could furthr make things worse which happened instead) but what mr. bhagwant came out with is unexplanatory. the whole topic  shows the hatred against each other amonst our brothers but why and for who's sake. this is a fruit of seeds sown by politicians like raj/lalu/mayawati/ mulayam and almost allthe leaders. if we follow these kind of persons, we are bound to face attacks/terrorism or other such things at every nook and corner of our country.

With due respect to Mr.Shekhawath Ji, I disagree with his comments. This forum is not only meant for Sections and Articles and Clauses in law books, and if we confined to that only, how can our jurisprudence grow. Are we as members of this forum only discuss the clauses, sections and articles in law books? blinding ourselves to social reality? Please ponder over to social evil reality so that our legal systems keep pace with the changing times.
