Supreme Court Procedure

Someone is filing SLP. As per procedure, it would come for admission hearing after 2 weeks. During admission hearing, leave would be granted and listed for regular hearing a month or so later - if tthere is some merit.

My question is regarding mentioning. If the petitioner - instead of waiting for 2 weeks for admission hearing, decides to take the route of mentioning before the Mentioning Judges, what happens to the sequence? If the mentioning judges hear the case, can they straight away grant leave and allow for final hearing or the case would still have to pass the admission hearing - before getting to final hearing?
