Please let me know what are the documents required for giving surety in case of bail

I mean bail on behalf of the employees of the company who have been named in the FIR. FIR filed due to non payment of contractors bill.

if the bail is granted by the court then the registerd surety can stand as surty for the accused persons. Please refer section 441 of the Cr.P.C.
