My Father have totally Bed rest for app. 10 month total salery not getting but my fathers whole service time of 32 yeras Leaves and other benefits bank give to my father which have been all leaves credit. so i have question can we demand to getting salary and bonus etc from insurance company for which we wasted leaves due to accident?

Bank where my father service as GM also written that, my was constant on leave for the accident.

And one surgery my father have been with Medical surge hospital in 2004-05 but now this hospital murdge with hcg and now name is HCG MEDI SURGE HOSPITAL this surgery�s Bills we missed and hospital tell us we have not data so how we getting this bills or proof for showing in court that we already paid ?
